Key Missions:

 

  • Work in conjunction with the Manager to actively manage key property issues, including capital projects and customer service.
  • Assist the development of meaningful, achievable trading budgets and other short- and long-term trading strategic goals.
  • As an ambassador of our brand, the commercial has very good interpersonal and Management skills to fulfill the guest’s requests to ensure they have an excellent moment with our brand.
  • Promote the Zig Smart Construction on the local and international defined market.
  • Designs graphics for project illustrations, logos, brochures, website layouts and all other marketing collateral
  • Write, edit, creates and publish graphic content for the company’s website, social media pages and other marketing materials.
  • Help in recruiting and training new beginners and interns.
  • Set-up appointments with customers and increase company portfolio and address book.
  • Provides feedback to the Manager on local market conditions, targets and projections.
  • Plan and cover events that match the needs of the client and company.
  • Take total responsibilities for receiving all necessary documents, information and properties from guests and company.
  • Take memorize guest photos, organize videos, set flyers and advertising.
  • Capture the most unforgettable moments and snap up moments on construction sites and people relationships.
  • Presentation must be kept neat, clean, departmentalized, and visually appealing to the Guests.
  • Must be able to work on a dusty environment, surrounded of rocks, cement, board, clay bricks ect…
  • Must be able to handle quality interviews with guests in different languages.
  • Oversee the publishing workflow within Site to ensure that content is published on time and accurately.

Job requirements

·         At least 18 years or older.

·         Level of education:  Bac +2

·         Areas of study: Commercial, Digital Marketing, Engineering construction.

·         Professional experiences:  at least 6 months

·         Key Languages:  French / English (Fluent)

·         Optional Languages:  Spanish/ German/ Arabic (Intermediate)
